Quality and Effective
I’ve had this air purifier over the past two years now moving from a house to a townhouse and a condo. It is perfect and surprisingly very portable so it has made each move. it is also very set up. Most air purifiers that I’ve had previously had loud sound which can be distracting, however this shark one is surprisingly, very quiet, even on its highest setting. I especially appreciated when living in the smaller spaces after long days of cooking or having people over. I’d say this one is definitely worth its price point.

Disappointed, I really liked it but disappointed.
Love it until the filter makes the air quality “0%” 2 months into buying it. But the machine says that the filter has a 98% life left to it. So you have to keep taking out the filter constantly to try to clean it but the machine still reads it at 0% air quality.

Easy to Maintain Air Purifier

Just what I needed… fresh air
I’ve been using this for a month because my allergies have been bad. Well this was the solution. It covers 1200 square feet, is quiet, puts out great airflow, no setup just lift it from the box and plug in. I sincerely call tell the difference from how I breathe without whizzing now. The air in my home without a doubt is cleaner and fresher and also a bit of moisture.

Absolutely love this thing! I bought it about a year ago and she's worked beatifully. As someone with asthma and who has battled a pretty serious disease, this pruifier is defintely worth it. I like the larger version for my living room and have considered getting another one. The only call out is that its pretty nosey on the higher settings. To avoid that, I set automode throughout the day while Im away and simply turn down the fan later in the evening. I also unplug most days when not in use as suggested by the manuel.

Stopped working after 6 months
Only had item for 6 months and it’s stuck on 0%. I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods online - cleaning filters & running it on high for 24 hours. The unit is broken and I’m disappointed in the quality of the item.

Stopped working after 3 months. Filter life is at 74 but the machine says the air quality is always at 0 so it will run constantly. It worked fine before that. I would not purchase this again. There are no troubleshooting instructions and no info to contact the manufacturer for help since it’s already past its return date.

Issues
My machine was working great for over a month. Now, it shows 0% air quality and has for more than 5 days. Nothing in my house has changed. I tried unplugging it, making sure the filter wasn’t dirty, etc. I can’t figure it out.

Great Customer Service
I bought this at full price (dang near $300) because everyone in my house kept getting one sickness after another. The price made me cringe but I didn't know what else to do. It's been great! It activates when we open our wood stove briefly, when aerosols get sprayed, and during cooking occassionally. The filter lasted almost ten months. All of a sudden, it was stuck on 0% air quality despite changing the filter, vacuuming the sensor, and doing everything shark's support site said to do. This thing has a two year warranty and one quick call later, I have a new air purifier on the way to me for only $10 in shipping. Gotta love that customer service.
