  • A: Hello! To remove the battery compartment cover, turn it clockwise until the setting indicator points to the 'unlocked' indication. Pull the battery compartment cover off the handle. Put the battery in the battery compartment. Make sure the + and - poles of the battery point in the right direction. The product operates on one disposable 1.5 V AA alkaline battery. Slide the battery compartment cover back onto the handle. Turn the battery compartment cover counterclockwise until the setting indicator points to the 'locked' indication.

    Very poor performance.

    I had the older Norelco style which was fantastic. I used that for 6 years or so. when that finally died, I decided to give this version a try. As others have suggested, it's very close to worthless.
