  • A: No. Rayon, the main fiber in these sheets, is semi-synthetic. Only organic materials can be composted; synthetics cannot. This means that this product is not compostable or “biodegradable.”

Q: Are the sheets still texturized? I have two boxes. One are with bumpy textured sheets which are great at getting the pet hair off our clothes. The smooth sheets don’t work as well.

While our new sheets are no longer compostable, our new soft white sheet itself is 100% plant-based. To communicate the high level of plant-based ingredients and our commitment to reducing our dependence on fossil fuels we certify our products with the USDA Biopreferred Program. This program calculates the percentage of plant-based ingredients with a +/- 3% margin of error. This means that the value you see on the package and on our website may be 3% less than it actually is. In the case of our new fabric softener sheets about 1% of the total sheet comes from a synthetic source, but we claim 97% through the USDA program. We hope this helps!

  • A: Thanks for reaching out. Use a single sheet with each load. Pull sheet apart at perforation to reduce risk of blocking dryer vent. Place in dryer with wet clothing. Discard used fabric softener sheet in trash receptacle. Safe when used as directed. We hope this helps!

    Pressed powder in the form of a wipe. A wonderful invention. It's not a wipe, it's powder. It washes perfectly. It's hypoallergenic. It has a very pleasant lavender scent. The wipe dissolves completely and leaves no white marks on clothes. The texture of the wipe is excellent. Affordable price.

    No scent

    Not sure if I got a bad batch, but I am getting no lavender scent at all. The last couple of laundry loads I added 8 of these sheets to the dryer and I still don't get any scent. I think the clothes are soft (I guess) which is why I'm still giving it 2 stars for the softener side, but I don't really care for soft clothes, I do like a nice scent on the clothes, which this did not give.

    Reduce wrinkles: They contribute to the less wrink

    Seventh Generation fabric softening sheets are used in the dryer to soften clothes, reduce static and wrinkles, and leave clothes with a clean scent.     Not a great lavender scent

    Years ago I used a lavender scented laundry detergent that smelled so good. I was happy to find these Seventh Generation lavender scented laundry sheets, but was disappointed after using them They smell more like patchouli than lavender, which is not what I wanted. They also didn't seem to clean well, even using a full sheet in a small load.

    Strong little sheets!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought they were going to be less strong and effective than my normal laundry soap, but I was so wrong! These little sheets pack a punch and got all of my clothes clean the first time! No residue either. A little goes a long way.

    Pet friendly eco dryer sheets!

    These wonderful smelling dryer sheets have real essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance...and these lavender EO, geranium EO, spearmint EO and patchouli EO are great insect repellent essential oils to safely use around pets (definitely dogs while cats may be sensitive depending strength). They're also very relaxing scents to both humans and pets. Will continue to use & please don't change the formula!
