Been using "Shoe Goo" for years. Works exceptionally well on almost /any/ shoe, as long as the leather, plastic, etc. material is good. Shoe Goo on rotted leather will not help anything.
Target has the best price around, but it's "only" a 1 ounce tube. Once it's opened it will begin to go bad though, so not a bad idea; one ounce of Shoe Goo will make 2-3 solid repairs for you, in just an hour or two. Be sure to clean the threads on the tube and cap it tightly. This can easily save you the price of new shoes!
