Contact the manufacturer of the floor for any questions or test on a hidden area of the floor before use. Use only on sealed, finished flooring. If you cannot hear the motor in your Swiffer WetJet, first replace the batteries with two new AA alkaline batteries (non-rechargeable, unused, and not carbon zinc), inserted correctly, and ensure the battery door clicks closed. If you can hear the motor but the unit isn't working properly, check if the product is new and remove any cardboard packing from the solution bottle housing. Make sure all pole pieces are securely snapped together and that you are using the official solution, as other cleaners or refills can damage the unit. Confirm there is enough fluid in the bottle; if so, try removing and reinserting it until it clicks, aligning the arrow or narrow side with the pole. If no spray occurs, check for clogged nozzles by gently brushing them. The unit may also need priming by holding the spray button for several seconds and possibly squeezing the solution bottle while spraying.
