My three year old is out of diapers but still wets the bed most nights. Her pee went through 2 blankets, 2 sheets, this "waterproof cover," another fitted sheet and into the memory foam underneath it. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing this product again. We have this mattress protector on all of our mattresses, and we have been grateful that we do! They work amazingly well, especially with newly potty trained toddlers who don’t make it in time, or babies who have bottles that leak in the middle of the night. It does make a slight like rustling sound when you move but truly not having pee on your mattress makes up for it!

These are very clearly not waterproof! I failed to read reviews before purchasing, and unfortunately need something right away, so I’ll be keeping them. The material is obviously porous and will not prevent liquid from seeping through.

Not so ‘waterproof’. We purchased these for our toddler’s bed. After an accident I noticed that it made it through to the mattress, so we added a second of this same mattress protector. Even with two of them, accidents still make it through to the mattress.

Kid had a night time accident and it went right through this "waterproof" pad. It's more water resistant but definitely not suitable for bigger spills or night time accidents. Very disappointed. I like that it was soft to the touch but maybe that's part of the downfall of thos product.
