Description

Works Great

After two months (two bottles) my oral microbiome seems to be improving. I stopped using alcohol based mouthwash and toothpaste that kills mouth bacteria, and started swishing my mouth with kefir in the morning as part of my daily routine. My tongue is pink. My gums are healthy. There is little plaque, and the tartar buildup in the back of my teeth is almost nonexistent. Now it’s just a matter of maintenance. Highly recommended if you’re serious about improving your oral health.

Wonderful oral help

This is great! It dissolves and tastes great! My daughter with down syndrome uses this regularly at night after brushing; it's hard to thoroughly brush her teeth. The dentist has been pleased with her teeth! I give credit to this! We always appreciate Swanson's sales and their products!

Partially effective at best.

Despite doubling the dosage, this oral probiotic is only half as effective as the Life Extension brand that Swanson offers in terms of supporting oral health.

Great results!

I worked this into my bedtime routine right after brushing my teeth at night. It is sugar-free so why not? It took a little over a month of daily use to see real results but my tongue is now pink again -- and without having to scrape it. I can't wait for my next dental appointment to see my hygienist's reaction! I really love this product and will continue using it.

Oral probiotic health and immune inhancer.

Blis k 12 seems to help with overall oral health helping keep gums stronger and cleaner perhaps inhibiting neg bacteria. I notice a difference in taking this product and have first taken it over 15 years total.

My voice is back!

Thank you so much for this fantastic product! I have had really bad tonsillitis so often that I almost lost my lovely voice. It started sounding so hoarse that people did not understand me...especially over phone..So many doctors visits, antibiotics and medical bills...Now I learn my lesson: with the first sign of any inflammation in my throat I am taking one tablet to dissolve under my tongue before bed time and I am safe! It tastes good and it works for me so well! My voice is back! My doctor is missing me now!!!!

Hidden Gem!!!!

Expiration date is too soon

I purchased 5 bottles on 1/17/2020. When I checked the expiration date, I was shocked the it is sold by 03/20. The expiration date is too soon. I am really disappointed with that.
