Description

FemFlora, from Swanson Ultra, is a probiotic supplement for women that now features multiple lactobacilli species (compared to just two probiotic strains in the old formula) to support the flora of the mouth, gastrointestinal tract and vagina. The lactobacillus strains have been studied for their role in supporting and maintaining vaginal health. These strains may protect the urogenital tract by excreting biosurfactants that help keep the tissues clean and healthy. Another strain in this formula, L. plantarum, appears to be a predominant strain in both oral and intestinal mucosa. Studies show that it competes with other bacteria and therefore may influence intestinal and systemic immunity. More and more people are discovering the connection between intestinal health and overall health, and probiotics can play a huge role in maintaining both. Good as Uqora at a better price

Seems to be as effective as the Uqora probiotic, Promote, and far less expensive. Take at night for best results. And Uqora rarely offers sales.

It worked for me

These was mentioned in a social media post I was reading on what your probiotic should include, and I'm so glad I decided to try these. Sometimes I take them everyday sometimes I don't. I took them when I was feeling some irration below I say by the third day it a gone. So I make sure I keep these on hand

Digestive issues

I was excited to find a probiotic with such great reviews but this caused me extreme digestive issues to the point where I’m questioning if I’m allergic. It took exactly 7 days of daily use and I’ve been extremely sick and nauseous for 5 days now. This did the exact opposite for me but I hope it works for other people.

Awful digestive upset

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to really tell if this made a difference because of the unreal digestive issues it gave me. The first couple of days I was nauseous so I stopped taking it. About a week later I decided to give it another try. Once I started, it gave me horrible diarrhea for days. Once I stopped taking it, the diarrhea stopped. The side effects just weren’t worth it.

Excellent Product

I have used this product concurrant with another probiotic. When I added the FemFlora I had a much better result. I dropped the other product and continued to experience excellent results from the FemFlora alone. Excellent results and a good price.

Great Probiotic - Incredible Price

I love these probiotics. I used to use an expensive brand and became irritated when they halved their values of ingredients. I needed to take double the amount of pills but was paying the same price. I tried these on a whim and am so happy I did. They are more effective than the other brand I was using at a literal fraction of the price. I am sticking with these from now on!
