  • A: No. All-purpose flour and self-rising flour are different things. Self-rising flour already has baking powder and salt added to it.King Arthur makes a self-rising flour, but it is plainly labelled that way. This package clearly indicates it is plain , all-purpose flour.

    Quality flour that always provides good baking results

    This is the only flour that I will buy. I have consistent baking results every time and the flour is extremely good quality. I have tried many other brands of flour and found King Arthur to be the very best!

    #1 choice flour!

    I use flour a lot! This is what I find to be a highly recommended brand for so many things. It is what I use to feed my sourdough starter and I use it for making muffins and everything else flour involved. It is a great brand flour and I love that it is non GMO because I'm typically all about organic and non GMOs, so that makes me happy :)
