As per the directions on the bottle, you should swallow 1 capsule before your first bite, or immediately after meals (up to 30 minutes after the first bite. Hope this was helpful to you! This was good, and its only one tablet to take, it helped me allot in situations when I have to eat beens and brocoli, sometimes when I eat outside you don't know what kind of suace or if there is garlic in the food, this is my fav thing to use whenever I'm in not at home cooking.

I like the size, easy to swallow. I bought this because it has Alpha-Galactosidase Enzyme. It prevents gas pain when I eat lettuce, beans, and other vegetables. It has 600 mg rather than the 400 mg in other pills.

did not do what i thought it would (was hoping for less bloating and more regular cycles)… do NOT take these if you are going out and a about. STAY HOME. hard to control diarrhea immediately after taking and eating. sorry for the tmi. goodluck soldiers 🫡

These little pills are magical. A specific medication I take has a lovely aide effect of gas. Well I can't exactly be tooting all day long. So I gave these a try. I took one and within a few hours I felt better. I took another and my stomach deflated big time. I asked my doctor if it's OK if I take them daily and he said yes. So I put 1 in the morning and 1 at night in my pillbox. I have. Alittle gas and bloat but not like I did. I will continue to buy this. Same as brand name

I thought that my gas problems were related to aging, but after taking this daily for a month, I noticed I don't have the problem anymore and was able to even stop taking the pill. I still keep it in my purse for times when I eat out and the food does not sit well with me, but those instances are very occasional, and when I do take this pill, the problems resolves fast. I am super impressed and thankful for this product, and I am writing this review bec I noticed that Target seems to be phasing out some of the Up&Up products which have always been my go-to. I hope Target keeps this product and brand for many many years to come.

I take this with a prebiotic and probiotic, I have never been this regular. Gas is moving thru my body with no issues. I don’t have a ton of bloating. I feel so much better & im not feeling sluggish.

These are quite tiny capsules, so they are easy to swallow. When I take them, it is possible for me to still have gas. However, I have to wonder if I would have even more gas if I had not taken one. So, I am uncertain. However, I intend to keep taking them, just in case.

Helps me enjoy the food and not suffer as bad later! Take these pills for gluten-heavy meals and fibrous foods like if I'm having a salad. I also take it if I'm eating something at night that has a lot of tomato, garlic, or onion. In this case I usually need to chew a mylanta too.

It seems to help. I’ve never taken any gas relief before. A medication I take causes stomach issues and it does seem to lessen the effects of the medication. Not sure if it’s impossible to 100% be effective or not so I can only say it helps.
