    Don't buy, spend the money for name brands

    Doesn't work for me, i lay in bed for hours not to fall asleep. The package for the pills is a pain to deal with too, i feel like when i do fall asleep, im more tired waking up.

    Not worth the capsule packaging fight

    Terrible packaging. Didn't help with sleep issues unfortunately. If you have arthritis in your fingers, don't even bother unless you have someone to help!

    Packaging is AWFUL

    The product would be absolutely fine but the packaging for this is awful ! You can’t peel back the tablets from their foil and plastic compartments, and even using scissors to open them is tricky and tedious. If these came in a bottle , I would rate 5 stars - that’s how inconvenient the packaging is.

    This is the least effective sleep aid I have ever used. Makes me fall asleep a bit sooner but wears off in about 2 hours and wakes me up right away.
