Just get it, you wont be disappointed
We’ve now had this machine for a year and we have made at least one loaf of bread a week, sometimes more. White, wheat, light sourdough and more .. all beyond tasty. We also have made dough for cinnamon rolls, cinnamon focaccia, jelly donut focaccia, pizza dough and so much more. I highly recommend this amazing machine.

Makes delicious bread
I love this bread machine! Makes delicious bread and dough! It makes a large horizontal loaf. King Arthur’s “back of the bag oatmeal bread” is my go to recipe!

great machine. however the brand zojirushi is high quality but poor customer service. i couldnt find one of the parts of the mixing wands upon delivery so i called. (i did ultimately find it, it was taped in a super weird location in the box on the underside easy to miss and almost got thrown away) anyway the guy from the manufacturer said the product is under warranty but not the parts. they said they dont send out small parts just to return the whole thing. even if its their mistake for forgetting to include it

WOW! 10 or 10
If you suck at making bread then this machine is for you. I bought all the things to make bread, different machines etc. by the way, making bread is time consuming and then when it flops, it's just really not fun. but you also want to have a healthier lifestyle and feed your kids better food so you continue to try. For me, this makes a perfect loaf every time if you're using freshly milled flour, go to breadbeckers to get their homemade setting times. perfection! I use a lot of Janie's Mill flour and the dough setting for pizza is perfect, My absolute favorite thing to do at least twice a week is put all of my ingredients in the machine at night and set it to be finished at 8:00 in the morning. I wake up to a awesome smelly house and fresh bread. this machine is worth the investment. save your money and get it. Read the manual. watch a YouTube video. it's simple to operate. by the way, I always hand wash so I have no issues. it cleans up in just a few swipes

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
This bread maker is worth every penny. It arrived last week and I just made my first batch of bread. I started with the Honey Bread recipe that was included. It couldn’t have been easier and it came out PERFECTLY!! Highly highly recommend!!

Can't turn off the rise cycle
I had great hopes for using this machine, but it flattens my bread on the third rise cycle and the bread is too dense. I don’t know how to turn off the 3rd rise cycle on the homemade cycle bread, so unfortunately I’ll have to return the machine to Target.

Super buy!
Baking bread for us and all the family! Really easy and convenient! The 2 hour setting is great when you’re short on time. Makes me feel better about what we are eating cause I can control what goes into my bread. It was pricey but I liked the loaf pan option for cutting the bread into sandwiches.

Great machine
Great well made bread machine. Plenty of options that makes a regular loaf of bread. Follow the instructions and your in business. Forget those goofy square loaf cheap machines.

I regret my purchase
We use it once two weeks. The nonstick coating of the blades is peeling off in less than a year. We used mild detergent and hand-washed the blades. The machine is very expensive, and everyone said it is a good brand, so we thought it can be our permanent one. But now it seems we need to purchase new blades online each year. (Written by my wife who uses the machine)

best bread machine
I love this machine. this is my 2nd one (1st one still works after 8+ years). Bakes very evenly, and the dough cycle makes the perfect dough. Pricey but worth every penny.

Tip for avoiding lopsided bread
I stumbled across a review here which mentions dough being bigger on one paddle than the other. A tip that might help prevent that - align the paddles in advance so they face the same direction. And then pour the ingredients. See the YouTube video by ‘all day I eat like a shark’. He explains this very well. The tip prevents lopsided bread - which I’m sure is what is happening with the review here with the picture showing different sizes of dough lumps on each paddle.

Programmable, but needs tending to and no bake-only cycle
After doing my research I decided on this machine because it is programmable and had many great reviews. I wanted a new bread machine because my old Cuisinart was not programmable and the motor was beginning to struggle with some of my (1.5lb) recipes. I easily followed the instructions to program the Zojirushi the way I wanted for my Einkorn bread, but I can’t leave the machine alone to do it’s thing because it doesn’t mix properly. The dough ends up mainly around only one paddle and I have to use a spatula to spread it out across the pan when it is finished kneading (I never had to do this in the Cuisinart, though it only had the one paddle). I attached a picture of the dough balled up mainly around the right-sided paddle. After shaping the loaf myself with the spatula it baked perfectly and was a great loaf of bread. It also seems that there is no way to add time or to do a bake-only cycle if the bake isn’t finished, which is a bit of a drawback because I am always trying new recipes. I mainly bake gluten free and Einkorn recipes. I don’t know if it would behave differently with regular wheat flour recipes. The bread releases from the pan easily and the handles on the pan are easy to grip. Even though it requires tending, it is still much more convenient than mixing/kneading/proofing by hand and it keeps me from turning on the big oven in the summer, so it’s a keeper, but I am a little disappointed especially considering it was so expensive.

Ok machine BUT
Very nice bread machine and bakes the bread quite well and well made except that the display panel does not light up. I have to put
a light on to see how much time is left or when starting the machine it is hard to see when choosing a course..
I would have given it five stars if it was easier to see the display...contacted the manufacturer and they replied that the display does not have a backlight and were sorry for inconvenience. For what this machine costs it should really have this feature or at least let consumers know that it is not offered on this machine.

The best breadmaker
Previously had a Breadman I liked very much but eventually wore out. I considered purchasing the exact same bread maker again but had a impulse to splurge (maybe it was curiosity) and purchased this Zojirushi instead, despite the significant extra cost. Waiting for delivery, I kicked myself for spending the extra money. After the new machine arrived and I had used it to make bread I am thrilled and no longer have any regrets about this purchase. The bread from this machine is significantly better (and my old machine made good bread). I really appreciate the solid handles on both sides of the pan they make removing the hot pan from the machine and the fresh loaf from the pan much easier. This machine doesn't leave a massive hole in the middle of the bread loaf from the paddle. And this machine is also operates much quieter. There is one thing that I don't like and it is this machine doesn't have an on/off switch and draws 0.6W when plugged in and not operating, so I feel obligated to unplug the machine when not in use and at least in my kitchen the plugging and unplugging the appliance is annoying. For the price I think the could have thrown in a power switch on the front of the machine. However, aside from the lack of a power switch this machine makes fantastic bread and I couldn't be happier. If you can justify the cost of the machine over other very adequate machines that cost significantly less, you will love this appliance and the resulting bread.
