Q: This is a comment. I was beyond frustrated when my daughter went to clean out the hamster cage with the new dawn and I got really sick. Autoimmune issues. We've used Dawn for all cleaning for 24 yrs. New scent is not working.

    The soap is great. The "easy pour" lid is terrible.

    This dish soap is great. The "new easy pour lid" sucks. it is a large slot that can't be adjusted. It pours allover the outside of the bottle making a huge mess and coming out too fast. I have accidently wasted way too much dish soap because of this rediculous lid.

    A general, ultra foaming cleanser

    Down is my absolute favourite dish soap! It’s incredibly tough on grease, and I only need a tiny drop to clean a whole sink full of dishes, which is makes it a great value for the money. I also love that it is gentle on my hands and doesn’t dry out my skin. It has a fresh, clean scent and works much better than other brands. I have tried. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable kitchen essential!

    We've tried other dish soap for years, especially when on a budget, but nothing has ever worked as great as Dawn. We use it for multiple other cleaning uses, and still by far the best out of the dish soaps and other soaps we've tried. You also can use a lot less with this soap than you do others, so, for us, with all its uses, winds up being cheaper for us in the end. I don't think we could go back to another dish soap now!

It's not just for dishwashing but also for cleaning wounds and helping our animal friends after disasters like oil spills!! This formula is Dawn Ultra!! I've added pictures of the ingredients and such. I also very much love the way the spout is designed! It makes filling up my soap dispenser super easy! This is TRULY a STAPLE ITEM that EVERY home should have!! Additionally, the bottle is recyclable. All great things and the reasons why I absolutely love this product! Definitely recommended!!

    The biggest thing I love about dawn is that it’s such a versatile product you can use it to clean absolutely everything it can even be used for other things like help in kill Bugs to helping clean dishes to helping clean ducks it’s an amazing thing and it’s always in a good value size bottle and it’s has iconic smell as well as a little goes a long way

Not only does it work great on dishes any time I spill anything on my clothes I grab some dawn and put it on there. The scent of dawn is not over powering. It scrubs stuff well as well as bubbles great with just a little bit. I used it to clean a pan and container that had Brussel sprout in them and it cleaned them up and left none of the Brussel sprout smell behind .

    Definitely the most effective best dish soap out there. Soak just about anything in it with hot water and washing by hand, sometimes with gentle scrubbing, in a few minutes couldn’t be easier. Even the dishwasher most often doesn’t do as good a job with baked on food.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of dish soaps over the years. The less expensive meant you needed to use twice as much to get the work done with just one use of Dawn. And the super expensive were just on another level my paid grade doesn’t afford me. But this dish soap has always performed as expected for me. Removes the greasy residue from a night of hot pot with chili oil or cleaning the pan we fried tenders in. And perhaps the scent has also changed because this one with the duck smells so good. It’s a trustworthy product. My new favorite way was to replace our dishwasher exhaust with a dish soap dispenser and drop a hose in the container. It’s the small wins that bring so much joy!
