    Horrible taste

    Wow. I never thought taste alone could ruin a toothpaste but dang, this stuff is bad. And the worst part is that it lingers and no amount of rinsing or eating can get the horrible aftertaste out. I’ve been using Toms whole care paste for 20 years, but unfortunately this “new great taste” is the end of that. It’s incredible to see such a successful company ruin their flagship product so fast.

    Very disappointed in new formula.

    Unfortunately my husband came home with a two pack of the new version of this toothpaste. We didn't notice that it was a changed formula until everyone used it and complained that something was wrong with the toothpaste. We've been a loyal Tom's customer for decades but we are looking for something else. It now how that chemically sweet artificial flavor that every other toothpaste on the market has. That's exactly what we were able to avoid by buying Tom's. So very disappointed, please bring back the original formula. Coca-Cola did it, you can, too.

    Hate the new flavor

    The new peppermint flavor is awful. I miss the clean, non-sweet mint flavor of before. Colgate came in, bought out the company and ruined a good thing. I've used the product for years but now have to to find an alternative that won't make me gag.

    Terrible Aftertaste

    I bought this formulation due to the Luminous White not being available. This formulation leaves a terrible aftertaste in one's mouth. I had stocked up with four tubes and I'm throwing away the partially used one and returning the others. It's truly awful. Please bring back the Luminous White formulation!

    Best toothpaste.

    It's great! The texture and peppermint flavor are quite pleasant. I love that it's vegan, and that the origin, and purpose of the ingredients are provided on the website. For me, no other toothpaste will ever compare to this. Plus, this has fluoride, which is the only thing that can protect enamel and prevent cavities. Every other brand only makes fluoride free, which is idiotic. Everyone, fluoride isn't dangerous, stop being ignorant and protect your teeth. Also Tom's, please sell in Brazil!

    Been using it for years and so far, it's the best. It don't use too much, but the right amount, otherwise it can get abrasive! So I was mindful of how much I am using! It does the job !
