Directions

Directions Adults and children over 18 years: Apply to affected area. Massage into the painful area until thoroughly absorbed. Repeat as necessary but no more than 3 to 4 times daily. Wash hands with soap and water after applying. Children 18 years and younger: Consult a doctor.

Yes, it is safe to use during pregnancy, however, we recommend consulting your physician before using magnesium while pregnant. Taking magnesium during pregnancy is important as it supports building of bones, regulates insulin and blood sugar levels and the functioning of enzymes. During pregnancy, appropriate levels of magnesium help to keep the uterus from contracting prematurely. Moreover, it is also helpful in reducing leg cramps. These products work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this product! Is creamy and smells wonderful. I haven’t slept well for years. Wake up multiple times a night. Rub this on my feet and the calves of my legs before getting in bed at night and I’m noticeably sleeping deeper with few interruptions. Really noticed a difference and not finding myself falling asleep in the afternoon. It really does what it says! I tell everyone about these wonderful products. My doctor even uses them now!

Amazing Asutra!

Effective on my arthritis

Smells good

Magical

My brother uses this. I was having a back ache and it worked immediately. I was wondering what is in it? My husband had terrible back aches from shoveling snow. He’s in his 60’s. I told him try it and it worked right away. I’m going to order more when I run out. And you only need a little bit bit. Thank you ❤️

My meltaway experience

Smells great, doesn’t work, makes me really itchy

Pain Free Routine

I use this product in my daily routine after a shower on my knees and the bottoms of my feet to prevent pain from exercising and just regular aches and pains from aging. Bonus, it's not sticky or greasy feeling.
