Directions

Directions Adults and children over 18 years: Apply to affected area. Massage into the painful area until thoroughly absorbed. Repeat as necessary but no more than 3 to 4 times daily. Wash hands with soap and water after applying. Children 18 years and younger: Consult a doctor.

Yes, it is safe to use during pregnancy, however, we recommend consulting your physician before using magnesium while pregnant. Taking magnesium during pregnancy is important as it supports building of bones, regulates insulin and blood sugar levels and the functioning of enzymes. During pregnancy, appropriate levels of magnesium help to keep the uterus from contracting prematurely. Moreover, it is also helpful in reducing leg cramps. Amazing Asutra!

Effective on my arthritis

Magical

My brother uses this. I was having a back ache and it worked immediately. I was wondering what is in it? My husband had terrible back aches from shoveling snow. He’s in his 60’s. I told him try it and it worked right away. I’m going to order more when I run out. And you only need a little bit bit. Thank you ❤️

My meltaway experience

Smells great, doesn’t work, makes me really itchy

Pain Free Routine

I use this product in my daily routine after a shower on my knees and the bottoms of my feet to prevent pain from exercising and just regular aches and pains from aging. I love this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tore my meniscus in my right knee two times. I've been dealing with knee pain for quite a few years now. I've tried braces wraps sleeves everything you can think of to leave my pain. When I saw this product, and I saw Serena Williams as one of your spokespersons. So I decided to give it a try. All I put on my knee is a fingertip of the cream and I rub it in to my knee around my knee behind my knee if anything else I used another little bit on my fingertip. I recently hurt my left knee so I've been using it the same way on my left knee. I can put this product on first thing in the morning before I go to work and it will last me all day and all through the night. I don't know if it's the magnesium in it or what other minerals are in the cream but my knees feel great. I do not have any pain issues with my knee when I use this product. . If you have chronic knee pain you have to try this it's a game changer. I guarantee you you'll love it I guarantee you.

Great pain reliver
