So simple to use!
I couldn’t be any happier with my lil rice cooker. It’s so easy. 1 switch; On Off. I love the fill too marks on the inside of the pot (a little hard to read sometimes. The easiest way is just to fill a glass or something with water and pour to the appropriate line for the amount of water needed. Clean up is a breeze. No scraping, no sticking. I haven’t tried whole grain rice yet. The smallest model does not have a warmer.

Lovely little rice cooker
It's a great little rice cooker. Follow the directions, use the measuring cup provided and let it go, it makes great tasting rice. I made steel cut oatmeal yesterday, it turned out fine but it overflowed a bit. I was not happy about that. It's also very easy to clean. I would recommend it, the size is perfect for 1 or 2 people. I did my research and wasn't sure if a rice cooker would work for me. I've been making rice on the stove for years but I'm glad I bought it. I originally wanted a more expensive one with more bells and whistles but I chose this one to see if I would use it often. So far I used it almost every day!

We're not fancy people-- just needed a rice cooker to cook jasmine rice, and this is the ideal unit. Incredibly smooth cook, consistent after several uses so far (consistency is extremely important for me). Definitely recommend!

I cook rice often but my needs are very simple and I did not need anything fancy, just reliable. I was familiar with the Zojirushi brand from recipe forums and it was well-liked by ‘serious’ rice fans, and I can see why! I only needed the simplest model, but it is perfect for me; it cooks much faster than my old rice cooker and is much easier to clean. I like the Japanese rice cup too as it easily makes a ‘perfect portion’ without any fuss. The steaming function also makes great dumplings. Very happy with my choice!

I love this brand. I like the lining of this rice cooker. The rice comes right off. It's small but just enough for my family of 5. We like having fresh rice so we don't need a huge rice cooker. My lid doesn't spew out but maybe because I don't make THAT much rice.

I love, love, Zorirushi products. I’m not saying all other rice cookers don’t work but having a Zorirushi rice cooker is satisfying when doing my rice. It has been on my house for years. I had the 3 cup but it was time to get the 6cup. Interesting I have made chicken soup with the 6cup, now I’ll have to see what else I cook with this. The price is not the best but I got it on sale using a target discount coupon. So, in this I got a good deal.

Poor quality
It’s being returned. Cover doesn’t fit properly. It didn’t steam rice, it kind of boiled it while spitting out water and eventually a paste like substance. It leaked all over counter and floor. Rice looked like oatmeal. Very cheaply made, save your money.
