Slow cooker for sure

I would not buy again!! This does not cook food in 4-5 hrs on high. First dish was a simple chili bean dish. Now I'm doing a tri tip, small, and put it on at 7:30 am as first dish I made didn't finish in time. Just checked this dish and its not even bubbling and its been 5 and 1/2 hours on high. Don't waste your money. Its a "slow cooker" for sure.
