Cast iron is a hard surface that is naturally scratch-resistant even when using metal utensils. Cast iron also holds heat better than aluminum for evenly browned and cooked foods. With the convenient drain, it's easy to push excess grease into the removable drip tray that slides out for easy grease disposal or recycling. The drip tray is top-rack dishwasher safe and the removable cooktop easily wipes clean. The cord wrap keeps excess cord off the countertop and reduces clutter. The grill is backed by a 3 year limited warranty.

Love it!

I have been using cast iron for over 10 years now. This griddle is amazing. nice even heat, easy to clean, and if properly cared for nonstick! I have wanted to switch out my conventional nonstick griddle for years, but hesitated because this is a smaller griddle. I wish I would have bought it sooner. I make crepes and I love the handles on the side so I can pick it up (with my double oven mitt) and thin out the pancake. I will say it helps to use a silicone spatula.

I followed the instructions exactly but pancakes and eggs stuck horribly. But the grill heats well; I just defnitely wouldn't use the word 'nonstick' to describe it.

Excellent grill just what I needed

I've had it now for 3 months. I love it, but you need to make sure you season it properly at first with heat and a very little bit of canola oil. I can cook eggs over easy to steaks. great gill

Anazing cast iron griddle!

I love this cast iron griddle. I put the temp at 375, wait for it to get hot, melt some butter, and make beautiful crispy pancakes every-time. I also pre make chicken taco meat and handmade tortillas and add this to the center of our dining table and quickly fry up the taco meat for 5 minutes and leave it on warm and we make our tacos straight from the griddle on the table and always have hot tacos. We use this once a week always and sometimes twice a week. I love it! It’s the only cast iron electric griddle that I have found and I scoured the internet. I didn’t want a non-stick one because we have a parrot and non stick fumes are not healthy for him.

I moved to a house that is all electric and I really miss having my gas stove that had a cast iron griddle attachment. this griddle is AMAZING! Things don't stick. It cooks evenly and fast! I would definitely buy this again!
