Natrol Kids' Melatonin 1mg Sleep Aid Gummies - Raspberry - 60ct

I love the gummies for my daughter. They help her calm down and go to sleep. She tends to just want to stay up late and fight sleep! A whole gummy seemed to give her restlessness in the night, so now I just cut one in half. It takes about 45 min to take effect and she sleeps peacefully all night.

I'm an adult and I use this version. Doesn't make me have nightmares, groggy or give me headaches in the morning like the melatonin for adults. Would recommend!

Used to be so good but something changed ! They used to be a darker red color and softer. Now they are lighter color and harder and my kids complain about the taste. We have used these for years so definitely notice that something changed a few months ago.

Usually I am not one to opt into this for my kids but our kids have been very difficult to wind down when they can’t get outside to get wiggles out. They are typically asking to go to bed within 10 minutes of taking ‘nighttime’ vitamin. I typically only use this once a week or less or when my kids are having an extra difficult time winding down

Love these gummies to help calm my kids minds and body down towards the end of the night! Helps the sleep routine process go more smoothly for us.

Ugh. I love these gummies. But they came all stuck together. Taste and texture off and only able to get about 10 out of the container.

This has been a lifesaver helping for my 5 year old get to sleep easier! He used to stay up late reading, then would get up and talk to me incessantly because he was bored and couldn’t sleep. He’d still be awake a few hours after our bedtime routine. It was just so difficult for him to fall asleep most nights, but he would sleep through the night. We’ve been using these for at least 4 months now and it’s like a switch flipped. I give him one 1mg gummy after dinner, and he will actually cuddle in bed with me while I read to him. I was so surprised! He wasn’t hyper or fighting bedtime like usual. Almost every night he falls asleep while I’m reading, and never stays up for hours like before. I have ADHD and his dad does too; this may be a factor in why it works well. I’ve read many anecdotal mentions of kids and adults with ADHD needing help to fall asleep and finding melatonin useful. I also used it as a teen and now occasionally as an adult to help quiet my mind and prepare for sleep. It may not work as well for some people but it’s been amazing for my kid. It also means that I can have some time to myself at night instead of waiting around and hoping my kid will fall asleep!

Groggy, nose bleeds?, nightmares

They work quick.. and my toddler actually likes them.

It works. I take 2mg for some reason it just makes my stomach turn. I like that it works but it does not sit well in my stomach

Inconsistent!!! The first box that I bought was great and helped my son go to sleep within minutes. He would only need half of a gummy so the container lasted a long time. Once we used it all I bought some more and it doesn't work at all. I give him a whole gummy and he is still wide awake. It takes hours and hours for him to go to sleep as if he didn't take anything at all. I literally bought the same exact dose and brand but one container worked and the other didn't. Very disappointed.

Kids dislike the taste and they become hard as rock as soon as the container is opened. They did not seem to work as well as the other brands we have tried.

Why did you take out the L-Thianine? The product is not the same!

Kicks in pretty quickly for me (I’m an adult), and it keeps me asleep through the night with only one gummy. No nightmares, but I do wake up a bit groggy and need a little time before I get out of bed for the day.

It does put your kids to sleep… but they will have nightmares!!! My kid never had one before and just to test it was this I stopped for a week, gave her a gummy and she came crying to my room because of a nightmare. Will not be giving any more

Our 5 year old has been having trouble staying asleep at night. He’d sleep at 9 PM and wake up at 11 and be awake all night til the morning. We gave this to him for 3 days at exactly 8:30 PM and nothing happened. He still went to bed at 9 PM and woke back up around 11.
