Having a seam in the middle of the wand is a terrible design flaw. One that is remarkable it wasn’t caught. It makes an already semi uncomfortable process, nearly unbearable for no reason.

If you get anything to prepare for birth, it should be this. I just had my first baby in August. I was so afraid to tear during birth, I avoided thinking about it entirely. When I did look it up things like this would come up, and I am a very conservative Christian gal, so I was too embarrassed to it. But then I finally caved and bought this in a panic last minute and did a ton of stretches with this in the last month of my pregnancy. Well I went natural in my labor, pushed for 15 minutes, pushed just when I felt the urge and all that, and I DID NOT TEAR. I 100% contribute not tearing to this crazy thing. It was easy to use on my own, even with a giant baby belly, and there were instructions on stretches to try with it online as well.

There is a tiny line that passes through the middle of the wand that makes it impossible to use it without discomfort and even some pain in the skin. I’m very disappointed with the low quality design of this product!

It really should be sealed. I thought the other reviews were over reacting but then I noticed a hair on the wand. I tried to convince myself that it was my hair but I don’t think it was

Save your money! This thing hurts and is hard to use. I thought I wouldn't be able to reach without it, but I could. It was much more comfortable and effective to massage by hand.

They need to change the packaging! It’s not sealed. Anyone can use it and put it back. I returned because I didn’t feel safe using it.

I received this item, but it did not come with a seal so I’m not sure if it has been used previously or not. I decided to not use and return this item because of this reason alone. I would feel more comfortable if it had a secure, protective seal. No one wants to get an infection from a contaminated item.

Great grip, makes the whole process easier. Love that I can do this anytime without having to depend on DH to reach those hard to reach areas. Its very apparent you have done your homework Frida!!!

Keeping that body mind connection while in labor is so important and this wand preps you for that! The handle is long and slightly curved to help reach over the bump. For the most part is pretty discreet, my husband thought it was a pressure point massager. Frida Baby always has the best functional products for new parents and babies, this is a must for us pregnant mommas worried about labor, practicing that mind body connection with this pushing wand helps ease my anxiety a bit, highly recommended!

I love that the box has a little mirror so it’s easy to use the item. Unfortunately, I ended up going into labor 3 weeks early and was not able to use this product but I will definitely keep it for my next pregnancy.

Easy to use, love the mirror that comes with it!!!

Haven't given birth yet but I can definitely tell this is helping as it's a lot less uncomfortable than it was when I started. Love the packaging and the tool. The only drawback to it is that it has a seam down the sides from the mold that isn't totally flush and can be slightly irritating.

The shape is very convenient, the box it comes in is nice, the weighted handle makes controlling the wand very simple, the box has a mirror so you can see where the wand is going, etc. Definitely recommend this for expecting mothers. It’s easy to use, and perineal massages are great to prepare for labor!

The pink color is also very cute and I love the fancy box it come it. The box even comes with a mirror so that you see the area and massage with ease.
