I purchased a bottle of 70 because I believed that Nature Made was a high quality product. but within hours of taking one 5mg gummy I had pulsing in the veins on the left side of my head. It went away after a day so on the third day I took another and immediately it happened again. I then googled "Sugar Alcohol" and saw that 2 of the 6 types of Sugar Alcohol can cause clotting. I have thrown the bottle away.
