Spacious, quiet, and works great

The capacity is perfect for larger plates and bowls, and it heats food quickly and evenly. I also like that it runs fairly quiet compared to other microwaves I’ve used. The product quality is disappointing. The door handle broke after about one year of use. Although the microwave is designed for installation above a cooktop, the handle could not withstand the heat—the connecting piece melted and eventually broke. I do not recommend this product.

Work great, but the handle just broke off
No complaints about how it performs. Unfortunately, the build quality, specifically the handle is questionable. I've had it for just over a year, and the handle broke off. It doesn't hold up. And since it's just passed warranty it's my problem.

2 Broken door handles in just over a year
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this microwave for one year and one month and the door handle has broken TWICE in that time. The features are fine and the performance is ok but two broken handles in that short time shows a lack of quality parts and/or poor construction. The first handle broke after nine months and warranty replaced it and that second handle lasted less than five months and SAMSUNG‘s warranty would not cover the replacement because it was one month past its one year mark. An appliance can be as good as you like, but if you can’t open the door, it’s of little use.

poor quality
I bought my house last year and got all the appliances from samsung. It was the builder who installed samsung appliance. It looked beautiful but after one year the handle of microwave is broken, letter of samsung “A” is ripped and corner edge is also broken. I am not sure if samsung company is manufacturing low quality microwave.

Disappointing handle
The microwave itself works fine the handle on mine has cracked twice over a span of a year and a half. I had it replaced once and within 6 months it was cracked again and now out of warranty. It seems like very cheap plastic. I will never buy another Samsung appliance. And all 6 of my household appliances are samsung! Very disappointing

Poor handle Design
Came new with new home 11/2019. Very low microwave use. Perhaps 2 times per month over last 6 years. Today, handle came off with simple attempt to open. Same thing happened to my neighbors handle-closed same date and same model. Cheap design.
