Good for awhile
I've bought this vacuum twice over the past 4 years. It works really well on pet hair and carpet for awhile...then the belt and brush wear out. I've ordered replacement parts and fixed things 2 or 3 times during the 4 years which fixes the problem temporarily. It's affordable and would be great if you have a small space that you vacuum. I'm moving onto a different brand.

Disappointing
This vacuum is a piece of junk. While it picked up dirt and dog hair pretty well, it has a sharp, shrill sound especially when used on hard floors in the lowest setting. After only 4 uses, the roller began squeaking as it came to a stop when shut off. For the cost I expected way more.

Not worth the price for a so called pet vacuum. Low suction: had to vacuum same area 5x to get carpet clean of pet hair. After trying on it both carpet & hardwood result wasn’t worth cost. Returned and bought Shark.

Partially sucks up fur
Had it for about 6 months and stopped working. It pulls up pet hair from the carpet and then leaves it there... So youre forced to get on your hands and pick up the fur clumps. Since this problem didnt happen until 6 months, its not eligible for a return and I have to buy a new one. JUNK!

Disappointed
I purchased this Bissell vacuum from Target in September. At first, I wasn’t sure it would meet the needs of my home, but after using it, I was genuinely satisfied with its performance. I liked it enough that I went back the very next day to add a protection plan, only to be told by the associate at the front desk that protection can only be added at the time of purchase and couldn’t be added afterward. That was frustrating, especially since I wasn’t informed of that option when I originally checked out. Fast forward about five months, and the vacuum suddenly started making extremely loud noises and stopped picking up properly. I checked for clogs or visible issues, but there was nothing inside. The sound is so loud you can hear it from outside the house when the windows are open. I contacted Target first, and the associate told me very bluntly that since it was past 30 days, they couldn’t return or repair it and that I would need to contact Bissell. Unfortunately, my experience with Bissell wasn’t much better. They asked me to get on a video call, open the vacuum with a screwdriver, and attempt to troubleshoot and repair it myself while they guided me. I didn’t purchase a vacuum expecting to perform my own repairs. If I wanted to do that, I could’ve just looked up a tutorial online. Between the lack of support from Target and the DIY repair approach from Bissell, this has turned into a really disappointing experience. The product worked well at first, but when something went wrong, there was no real help. I personally wouldn’t recommend purchasing this vacuum, especially from Target, based on the customer service and support I received.

Returned TWICE
I purchased this vacuum TWICE within one month. The first one broke within a week, I used it three times. I returned it and got the same exact one and the same exact thing happened within a week. It makes a loud noise while turning off. Huge disappointment.

Shopping at Target w/o a political agenda.
I read 1 ⭐ reviews first before purchasing. I've had no bad issues. If mine only ends up works for 7 days I'm happy. This models suction is strong and pulls everything deep from carpet. The container was filled with puppy fur, oregano flakes, ashes, dust bunnies, my long hair, zyns, salt & pepper pumpkin seed shells, puppy toenail clippings, dental floss.
