    SOS tastes great

    These are game changing

    Noticable difference in PMS symptoms after taking these (~2 weeks now). Do not miss a day though be consistent. The taste isn't the best when compared to the other Hum gummies but it works so you eat them quickly.

I have really bad mood swings the entire week before my period starts and nothing has helped until I found these. These made those awful mood swings practically non-existent. I usually know my period is about to start because of my mood being so out of whack but this time I didnt realize it was about to start because my mood stayed normal. I am so grateful for these gummies because having mood swings like that was rough. I would and have recommended these and Hum in general to everyone I know.

    I decided to start trying

    I decided to start trying these SOS PMS gummies to help counteract all of the PMS symptoms I get every month. I definitely feel relief as I’m less fatigued after since taking this product.     I really like these gummies-they’ve been super helpful with my PMS symptoms.I usually have pretty bad PMS,but this product has made a noticeable difference.They’re easy to take and don’t taste bad at all,actually, they taste a bit like candy, which I enjoy.I also appreciate that they’re packed with vitamins and other beneficial ingredients.They’ve helped a lot with bloating,discomfort, and breast tenderness,and I’ve even noticed a slight improvement in urinary tract health too. gifted by hum
