They taste good, and I love that the omegas are added and don't taste yucky!! My only disappointment is that I still have to take both B12 and CoQ10 supplements in addition to these. If they could just bump up the levels a bit more, I'd switch to these. I don't know how effective they are, since I've only been taking them for a month. But overall I like them.
