    Gonna switch companies never buying Hoover again

    Bought this product about three months ago front hose cracked on the lower part of the roll brush Can't even find a replacement part or take it apart to see if I could fix the hose spend so much money on something that doesn't even work for a whole yearCompletely irritated

    Dissapointed

    I bought the BH53640 and the brush(clean) is making noise and stop all the tire. Worst vacuum i have ever had in my live.

    Great if it wasn’t garbage

    Love how light it is. That’s the only good thing. Two dead on arrival batteries and (like many other reviews I’m seeing) now the hose is cracked wide open. Completely unusable. Had it less than two years. Don’t buy.

    Worst purchase I have ever made

    This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The battery failed within a year, giving an error every time you try to charge. Now, the beater brush has completely failed due to a melted bearing. The vacuum is completely unusable and has proven to be the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Plenty of alternative brands out there that Hoover can be safely avoided with no loss.

    Buy a dyson

    Don't buy, ours melted together so can't get some of the pieces off. Less than a year old used about 10 times and it does this, save your moneyfor a Dyson

    Not a long lasting product

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this a year ago and was happy with it until a week ago. The floor brush won’t turn making it useless for the one and only carpet at entryway. Not doing a great job on the floors either. Not sure if this is because the brush won’t turn. Problem seems to be where tool fits in the holding chamber. Plastic around the end is ragged,

    Great Vacuum but parts not available

    Bought this vacuum a while ago and it has been great. However once i gave the whole vacuum a cleaning the brush roll no longer spins. I took it out and cleaned all the debris and dirt, locked it back in place but it will not spin. Have been trying to locate a new EMERGE MULTI SURFACE SINGLE BRUSHROLL NOZZLE to purchase in Canada but no luck. Guess I will have to purchase a whole new vacuum NOT from Hoover.

    The vacuum works fine but the battery only runs the vacuum for 20 to 30 minutes tops before recharging. I would not recommend buying this vacuum.

    Unable to find replacement parts

    Purchased this a few months back seemed like a pretty good vacuum, at first. Then something got caught in the beater bar and it smelled like burning rubber, I took the head apart and cleaned everything. Now it makes the worst noise, rattles and clunks along. When I try to find a replacement belt or even a whole head it says there is no such model (BH53642) Just about ready to throw this piece of junk out.

    Lower Hose Broke Hoover OnePwr Emerge

    I like this vacuum for portability and it has good suction, but the little lower hose in the power head broke and I now have no vacuum to use. I need the part number to order one and where to order it. I see others have the same issue. I should have looked this up before purchasing it.

    Cleaning Head is a Major fault in the product

    This is a great Vacuum except for the Cleaning Head breaks after 6 months of use. The plastic tube is too stiff and breaks down after a while. I've been trying to look support online but it's difficult to find a new cleaning head purchasing option.

    Waste of money

    I wish I read these reviews before I bought this. Have had it for just over 3 months, and just like everyone else, the hose at the bottom of the handle breaks! It wasn't even used that often. I had higher expectations from Hoover.

    Too expensive for less than a year of use.

    We bought this vacuum maybe 6 months ago and it worked great, but about 3 months ago the wheels came off and we have no way to reattach them. We've been using it without and it was still working but it didn't maneuver well and we have to lift up the back so it doesn't rip up our floors. The battery is now saying it needs service which there doesn't seem to be a solution for so I guess we no longer have a vacuum.

    Let down again

    Received this vacuum as a replacement under warranty as my other one was not longer available. The exact same thing happened with this one as the one it replaced. The power brush starts to heat up because it strips and will no longer turn. I love the vacuum otherwise. I guess I’ll have to try another brand because both have lasted less than a year.

    Need support to common problem.

    I like the product, but I have the same problem as most of the claims here below, the hose is cracked. It’s very sad, because the vacuum itself is good and this thing should be addressed by the manufacturer to stop bad reviews and support customer satisfaction. My vacuum is still under a 1-year warranty, and I hope it will be handled by Hoover in the proper way.
