  • A: Hi LS2024. The motorized nozzle may accumulate debris such as string, hair and fibers. This type of debris can wrap around the brush and diminish its ability to clean effectively. The EASYCUT™ blade in the motorized nozzle will cut debris accumulation away from the brush roll. We recommend after every use to clean the brush roll with the EASYCUT™ system by stepping on the button for 1-2 seconds while the vacuum cleaner is operating.     u get what u pay??

    dislikes, the header needs to b wider, pulls dirt backwards if does not get sucked up in forward, the filter clogs very easily if u have cat/dog won't suck very well if covered w/hair, can't completely reach under couch etc. the base is flimsy and needs more weight the handheld needs to b easier to put back to stick and doesn't completely detach when emptying. do like that it's convenient, light, 2 speeds, lights up!

    Easy to use

    I tried it out immediately and I love it. I don't have to plugitin and drag around a large machine with a cord that needs to be plugged in and unplugged. I love that I can get rid of my old hand held too.

    Great for a Small Apartment

    I like the fact that it charges up and have to drag a cord around. It has good suction for my hardwood floors. It has two speeds which are good for my carpets. I also like the hand VAC feature. Everything you could use for a small apartment is there.

    Works well for a cordless

    It works well. Gets up most stuff even from area rug. The adjustment knob for high/low is very hard to move partly due to design of how your fingers fit with just a shallow line to get your finger in to slide it. It is surprisingly very noisy on high. The roller turns on low and high,, but notable difference in strength and efficiency on high. The hand help portion is high speed and works well. We do find the emptying the basket and fitting it all back into the stick a bit tricky. It's hard to get it set just right. I'd buy it again because of strength but do wish they'd address a couple of the issues.

    I use this upstairs in the three bedrooms and bathrooms. It easily handles all dirt on the floor as well as in the bathrooms. It’s very light and easy to clean.

    Good little handy vacuum

    Easy to get in small spaces for quick cleanup. I have wood floors and a golden retriever. Always tumbleweeds of hair to collect. This vacuum is a snap to collect the hair throughout the day.
