The pillow itself is cool to the touch but it is filled with a cheap poly filling. My ear was hurting all night and I kept waking up and having to turn over.

I was recommended this brand by a friend to replace my existing pillows (made by a brand that I am now embarassed to own). These are even better than what I had. I bought a couple different types of their pillows for my family to try and we all found one we loved. I can't wait to try the other Coop products as the quality is great and the prices are hard to beat!
