It had almost a chalky consistency even when fully mixed in. It may have helped as far as the fiber element goes but it’s hard to say for sure.

Not only does it have proactive daily digestive support but also plant-based energy for alertness and focus and 6 G of plant-based fiber loaded with tons of fruits and veggies. I actually really enjoy the taste and you do not taste any greens or veggies at all it has a nice light watermelon flavor. My only complain is that it remains a little grainy throughout even with blending and mixing very well it remains grainy so you do have to continuously stir It up.

I try to either take it soon after my probiotic in the morning or in the evening if I notice my fiber intake has been low. The taste is pretty good as it doesn’t have the “healthy sugar” taste I often get from other powder supplements. I think this is a pretty solid product.

It is perfect for the time of summers. I add a scoop of the powder to 8oz cold water and mix it well. I drink it immediately after mixing it. I love to have it in the hot afternoon of the summers. The flavor is a little artificial and too sweet but not the worst. I will say it did cause me to bloat and gave me all the gas, so take that warning as a factor if you have a busy day out in public. Overall this product delivers the daily greens and fiber you need, all in just one scoop.

I expected it to be gritty and nasty tasting and difficult to drink but it was completely the opposite. It mixed easily into water. It had a light and pleasant texture free of grit. The scoop makes it simple and easy to get the right amount. The flavor is a very light lemonade with a hint of watermelon which is pleasant and easy to drink. This is a green drink without the heavy, goopy texture and overwhelming "green" flavor so many green drinks have. I am very happy with this high-quality dietary supplement that supports my nutritional intake.
