I cannot begin to express how upset and disappointed I am with the quality and reliability of the Keurig Crema. I’ve now gone through four of these machines in the past four months, spending over $1,000 in the process, each time hoping the next one would finally work as an appliance of this price and reputation should. When the Crema works, it works beautifully — the coffee is smooth, the crema layer is impressive, and the overall experience is exactly what you’d expect from a premium machine. But that performance is short‑lived. Every single unit I’ve owned has failed in the exact same way: the lid locks in place, the K‑pod doesn’t brew properly, only coffee grounds come out, the machine begins steaming aggressively, and then the lid becomes impossible to open. Once this happens, the machine is essentially unusable. This isn’t a one‑off defect. It’s a repeated, predictable failure across multiple units, which points to a serious design flaw. It’s shocking that a product with such a consistent malfunction is still being sold. Appliances in this price range should last years — not weeks. I’ve been a long‑time Keurig customer, and this experience has genuinely shaken my confidence in the brand. Between the wasted money, the wasted time, and the frustration of dealing with the same issue over and over, I can’t recommend this product to anyone. Until Keurig addresses the underlying design problem, the Crema simply isn’t a reliable or safe purchase.

While I hoped for more pressure during the brewing process, it make a good cup of coffee. I f there is one thing I could change it would be the adjustable cup arm. The pre set spaces are limited and and feels a little flimsy.

Call me crazy, but I did expect a $170.00 coffee maker to last more than 3.5 months. And the return window has “expired”?? What happened to allowing returns for one year? I wish Target actually cared what types of $179,00 junk they sell their customers. Disappointed. I do not recommend Target as a safe place to purchase coffee makers.

This is the worst coffee maker ever. I have gone through 3 different purchases on this same maker within the last 2 months. Within a couple of weeks each one broke down. I returned each one and decided 3 strikes and you're out! To all out there good luck!!!

Amazing crema layer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long time Keurig user, I’m quite impressed with this machine! It brewed a rich and creamy cup of coffee, and produced a nice crema layer which I haven’t seen capable from other models. I really like all of the size options this model allows, especially the ability to brew both single and double espresso shots! Adjustable drip tray is great for this. Water tank is easy to remove/refill and holds enough for several brews. The machine is larger than I expected, it’s much taller and bulkier than my current K-Supreme Plus. There’s additional options on my K-Supreme as well, such as temperature and intensity, that this K-Crema unfortunately does not offer. Hopefully they will integrate this higher pressure brewing into other models for more combined features in the future. Overall, the K-Crema is a great machine if you’re simply looking for a higher quality cup of coffee with the standard Keurig convenience/features!

Not worth
Bought it excited to try but when we got home, the lid was jammed and would not open at all. Returned the OG machine and got a replacement - the pressure feature on it worked the first day then stopped after so returning it for a different keurig.
