Capsule Vitamins!
I only buy these because they come in capsule form which is fantastic! I absolutely cannot STAND tablet forms of vitamins which are like 90% of the market. These have no taste and barely any smell.

Don't use if you take acid reflux medicine

Don’t take these unless u want severe anxiety and heart palpitations! The methyl b vitamins gave me such panic I had to take anxiety medicine to calm me down and the probiotics cause heart palpitations. Maybe this brand can rethink using methyl b vitamins in everything because they definitely aren’t for everyone!! Never had such severe anxiety until I started methyl b vitamins and never again!

I only gave this product 4 stars because in the 30 days I took them, I didn’t notice a big difference. I’m sure with prolonged use, they would be effective. I like that they are capsules so there isn’t a taste to them.
