This company are thieves
There vitamins don't do what they claim and they taste terrible. They make trying to cancel your subscription super confusing and difficult and they don't allow you to cancel an order or get refunds. They use predatory behavior to get and keep your money! Beware!!!

Smelled horrible and tastes horrible.
These smelled rancid as soon as I got the lid off. My child gagged when trying to eat them. Do not get these if you want your teen to actually eat them.

Not worth the price
These smell horrible and don’t taste much better than they smell. Also, they are all stuck together in the container. After ripping 2 off the top, even my fingers smell bad. I have no idea why these are so highly rated.

IT WORKS!
Great taste! I love their vegan, delicious and effective. You can tell they're working by the 2-week mark. My teen has been skipping meals and spending most of the day outside, that's why we decided to get these for him. His energy is so much better now! He can get up early, play basketball, go to school, do homework and even play basketball again!

Great Daily Multivitamin for Teens
First Day Multi has quickly become part of our daily routine. The gummies taste great—not overly sweet—and my teen actually reminds me to take them each morning, which is a big win. I appreciate that the formula focuses on essential nutrients without unnecessary fillers, and it’s reassuring to know it’s designed with teens’ health/growth in mind. The texture is soft and easy to chew, and it doesn’t upset my his stomach like some other vitamins we’ve tried. I'm was VERY skeptical!!
I figured this would be another fly by night, next big thing THING. Welp, I'm eating crow. My 13 year old could sleep 24-48 hours, HONESTLY with no problem. She had ZERO energy & very poor eating habits. She was moody & plumb mean at times. My daughter is now up on time for school. Up before 9/10 on the weekend. She's energetic, happy & silly. This Mana's heart is so sooooo happy. These vitamins have been a true blessing.

No difference in my teens
Unfortunately I saw no evidence of improved attitude, sleep, etc. I'm sure it's better than taking no vitamin at all but I don't see where parents are getting this "miracle cures" for their teens attitude problem. My teens ( son and daughter) too them for weeks. My daughter said it may have slightly helped with sleep but other than than nothing. Also a little pricey for the results. Didn't taste great either.

Awesome vitamin that both teens like!
It's tricky to find a vitamin that works for both kids, and a flavor that both will like. This is the one! They love it so much they always remember to take it each day. I love mine too but sometimes I sneak one of theirs because they're so tasty! Great product that I can trust for my kids.

First day gummy review
I bought these for my boys in hopes to give them proper nutrition. I have a son who has some behavior issues so hoped it would help that too. Unfortunately he preferred the taste of the elderberry gummies I gave them previously. I've not seen much improvement yet. Hopefully with continued use for my oldest (who is tolerating them) I will see improvement.

Relieved parent!
I have 2 teenagers, one of whom is my pickiest eater and fights me on everything. When I ordered these it was an "I'm at the end of my rope" order. This is the first vitamin he has actually taken daily for more than a week by (I have a whole cabinet of others that have been refused)! I am so grateful and feel so relieved to know that he is getting these much needed nutrients.
