It was very discreet and worked like a charm. I was able to use it for most of the day and it was not at all cumbersome or odd to wear. It gave me great relief from my pain and now I use it frequently throughout the week as needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and I like the targeted feature for knee. It's comfortable and easy to use, just wrapping it around. It took around 20-30 minutes for it to get hot after opening. The only downside is after a while it gets a bit loose and not as fitting when moving around. Might be because the strip is too narrow? Maybe consider a wider strip to keep the wrap in place longer.

Dr' state no damage to the knee requiring surgery but ever since, it can become sore at times. Testing the pads was nice. A bit tight when doing some bending but the heating was good and provided some stability to my knee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These come in individual wrapped, airtight bags. I have knee issues so I decided that would be my best place to use them. The adhesive works well as long as you get them on where you want them the first time. They don't stick well after the first application. They are very flexible and if your mobile these are another option. I was hoping for a bit more warmth from them than they deliver honestly. They're a more gentle or smaller amount of heat. They did lessen my discomfort some I will say. Was it enough to purchase them though, no. They're very easy to use and I didn't have any issues or reactions from them being directly on my skin either. I can't say I'm too awfully impressed though to be honest. I think there's much better options available that I've previously used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of ThermaCare from when I first tried it on my shoulder! I was excited to try for the knee. Last week, our university had commencement outside over four days. From experience, I knew that my knees were going to be aching after the first day! Add in the rainy weather and I was so grateful for this product. Instead of taking Advil like they were tic tacs, my pain was really decreased. I put it on around 10am right through 6pm. I didn't feel like it got as warm as their other products, but the knee is a hard location. Even wrapping tightly, I felt that the cells weren't all on my skin. Plus, the wrap didn't stand up to the constant moving. I had on leggings and it kept feeling like it was slipping down and I had to adjust it. I appreciated the attempt at design, but it just didn't hold up for me. There was heat and that did help, but I think getting creative with placement on another of their products would have served me better.

It functions like hand warmer technology, but with many small pockets of warming, and the size and flexibility of it mean that you can use it in multiple areas. I tested it on my knee one day and used another one on my elbow on a different day. Both days, the heat was pleasant but not painful, and I did feel relief. As I said, pleasantly surprised! And there was no nasty odor like you sometimes get with mentholated products.

You can use them for upto 8 hours. I think they provide optimal heat so as to prove relief to the joint but not burn your skin. I woh like to know if they are made for other area like back, ankles, etc. I would like to try those.

I was hesitant at first cause I wasn’t sure how hot it would get but it’s just warm enough to soothe the ache but not too hot. I actually forgot I was wearing it, it was so comfortable. I pulled my yoga pants down over it and it wasn’t too tight. It’s nice and long so it will wrap around all sizes. No concern if my knee was swollen that it would be so tight it would hurt vs help.
