Fast acting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe these quick dissolve ultra sleep tabs worked a little too well for me. I slept for a solid 14 hours, which is a vast improvement for me from the usual 3 hours I get each night! They do have a slight chalky raspberry flavor but if it helps me to continue to sleep soundly through the night, I can definitely get past that!

Good product!

This one helps me fall asleep faster and smoother than the one I normally use. I only woke up once for going to the bathroom and fall back to sleep again until morning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh do I love these Natrol fast dissolve sleep tablets!! I work overnights, so sleeping during the day is a major challenge and so is getting back on a regular sleep schedule after my shifts. These tablets have quickly helped me restore my sleep and help me fall asleep fast. I love that they dissolve quick as I have a problem taking pills. They are small and the bottle is compact, so very easy to take with me where I need them. I don’t find that they have a taste, which is good for me, I prefer it that way. They work great!

In my opinion within 30 minutes I’m fast asleep which is something I can rely on. Easy to let dissolve in your mouth or chew it up if that’s your preference. I didn’t feel groggy after I woke up the next day and I felt calmer. Recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a hard time sleeping and I've tried multiple different types of sleep supplements as well as prescription medications. I like that this one is a fast dissolving tablet, nice flavor, fairly mild, dissolves nicely without grittiness. I did feel a little more calm at night, but did wake up the next day with pretty bad grogginess. Not sure if it was directly linked to the supplement because that is another common symptom I experience. We'll continue to use and see if I get any diminishing results over time, but probably wouldn't purchase this one again either.

This one though it may not taste horrible, it takes an awhile to dissolve and didn’t make much of an impact on my sleep. It may work for someone who is not a used to using sleep aids to help or just needs a little help to drift off. I prefer a high dose of melatonin and possibly some valerian root. I let my brother try it and it also didn’t do anything for him. You get a decent about for the size of the bottle which is nice. Other than that not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very sensitive to Melatonin for some reason, so I only a 1/4 to half a dose because if I take anymore I will literally sleep for days I tried this one at 1/4 of a tablet and I will say I did get some good rest and woke up like I was supposed to. It didn't leave me feeling drowsy or drunk like other products I've tried in the past. I also love the way they taste! They remind me of when you were a child and you got the "good tasting vitamin" that day... this taste like that but better. It also claims to be 100% drug free, with a blend of Melatonin 5mg, GABA 100MG, and a botanical blend at 50mg. I actually really like these, if you have trouble sleeping threw the night, or getting to sleep, I highly recommend giving these a try, especially if your like me, and are sensitive to it, but remember don't take the entire thing if your sensitive, start with 1/4 or half and see how it affects you first. It's Def worth trying, and it's not expensive at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natrol ultra sleep 3in1 gave me the best night's sleep in a long time. They dissolve quickly and taste like raspberry. They also start to work fairly quickly. About a half hour. I slept the whole night through. I also stayed asleep all night without waking up off and on. I wasn't groggy when waking up. I actually felt quite refreshed. I cannot recommend these enough if you have problems sleeping.

Deep sleep help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the product 30 minutes before bedtime, as recommended. I had to chew it up because it doesn’t dissolve very quickly. It’s very hard and reminds me of a sour sweet tart candy. Even though it didn’t seem to help me fall asleep quickly, I did feel I had a deeper sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chewable sleep tablets were pleasant tasting, and did not have a chalky or weird aftertaste. It is made from a blend of melatonin 5mg and natural herbals, which is the best of both worlds. I have a hard time falling asleep and with the help of these, it cut my usual bedtime tossing and turning by about 40 minutes. I did not have an upset stomach or anything from taking these, but I also have not been taking them daily but instead on a as needed basis.

Not enough to out me to sleep!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping to get some sleep relief with the Natrol 3 in 1 blend, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to get a good night's sleep. Its fast resolving, and doesn't have a bitter taste. I followed the directions, and took 30 minutes before bedtime. It didn't make me groggy as it's a drug free sleep aid, however I was wide awake. I've taken the Natrol Max, which contains 10% Melatonin and it does help with sleep. This Natrol contains only 5% Melatonin and isn't enough to do anything for me. It also has 100mg of GABA, chamomile and a blend of cherry and lemon extract. The bottle is colorful and appealing and contains a large quantity of 30 tablets. I wouldn't say I don't recommend, because I need something stronger for sleep.
