    Expensive refill, horrible packaging

    This is just for the brush head: it seems quite expensive for every 3 months, I can get a whole OralB toothbrush every year for cheaper. And then omg the packaging. I just got my first refill and the brush head comes in this teensy tiny box hat's hard to open. You literally have to tear the box apart to get it out. Totally needs to be redesigned ASAP.

    Love the Eco friendliness of this brushhead, would like to see them come out with a whitening version as well as a softer bristle version. But really enjoying brushing with this toothbrush.

    Too easy to unattach, even when brushing

    The attachment design is way too flimsy. As you brush your teeth the head starts to come apart due to the movement and rotating of the brush. It’s a possible chocking hazard. You guys seriously need to make a more sophisticated attachment design before you get sued.

    works well with quip brush

    my son loves his quip and he brushes with jt nightly now. this piticular model is easy to switch out the brush head and the refills were on sale for a good price and worth getting. They are quip brand and what he needed.

    I love this toothbrush. Better than any other I've owned. I love that just the head itself is replaceable. it's easy to clean and dry after use which mean I can store it in the case it comes with. I wouldn't buy any other toothbrush.

    Upgrade that's a downgrade

    So there is nothing wrong with the refill, I am disappointed with my the toothbrush overall. I had the previous version of the brush and much prefer it. I gave it away to a friend and bought this as an "upgrade" and am regretting my decision. How doesn't this toothbrush have a cover??? Sigh...

    Some good features some not so good.

    I like the quip battery and rechargeable toothbrushes but found it difficult to locate the replacement brushes for the rechargeable without including the unnecessary battery. Your AI also was confused and typed a live agent should be available in about 15 min. Over an hour and no response? My other complaint is the continued cracking of the main body where the brush snaps on.
