Description

FemFlora, from Swanson Ultra, is a probiotic supplement for women that now features multiple lactobacilli species (compared to just two probiotic strains in the old formula) to support the flora of the mouth, gastrointestinal tract and vagina. The lactobacillus strains have been studied for their role in supporting and maintaining vaginal health. These strains may protect the urogenital tract by excreting biosurfactants that help keep the tissues clean and healthy. Another strain in this formula, L. plantarum, appears to be a predominant strain in both oral and intestinal mucosa. Studies show that it competes with other bacteria and therefore may influence intestinal and systemic immunity. Another reliable product

Too early to know. Doctor recommended these as a way to combat UTI's. I've had confidence in Swanson products for many years and anticipate the FemFlora are high quality and will do what they're intended to do.

Seriously glad I tried this

I wanted to take a probiotic for womens health and found this. Along with S. Boulardi it has been amazing. I lost 3lbs bc they did such a great job in "cleaning house" and the belly bloat is so much better. It also does what its supposed to do in womens maintenance. I feel lighter, better and so glad i tried this. It takes a couple weeks but its a daily thing. Just add it to your day.

It's the best for me. Perfect mix of probiotics.

This is the best feminine probiotic I've ever used. It specifically is for that area. I use it with Cran Max and haven't had any female difficulty or UTI s in many years.

Wife is Very Happy with Product

Good as Uqora at a better price

Seems to be as effective as the Uqora probiotic, Promote, and far less expensive. Take at night for best results. And Uqora rarely offers sales.

It worked for me

These was mentioned in a social media post I was reading on what your probiotic should include, and I'm so glad I decided to try these. Sometimes I take them everyday sometimes I don't. I took them when I was feeling some irration below I say by the third day it a gone. So I make sure I keep these on hand

Digestive issues

I was excited to find a probiotic with such great reviews but this caused me extreme digestive issues to the point where I’m questioning if I’m allergic. It took exactly 7 days of daily use and I’ve been extremely sick and nauseous for 5 days now. This did the exact opposite for me but I hope it works for other people.

Awful digestive upset

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to really tell if this made a difference because of the unreal digestive issues it gave me. The first couple of days I was nauseous so I stopped taking it. About a week later I decided to give it another try. Once I started, it gave me horrible diarrhea for days. Once I stopped taking it, the diarrhea stopped. The side effects just weren’t worth it.

No results and huge price increase

I haven’t really noticed a difference taking these (it’s been about a month), but thought I would buy another bottle to give it time and see, but the price went from $10.68 in November to $16.29 now! That’s an unreal price jump. Won’t be repurchasing.
