Hi! Cascade Complete Gel recently had a formula update introducing a more active enzyme, which means less is dosed but the formula remains the same. This might explain a slight change in consistency like being more watery, but you shouldn’t notice a difference in cleaning performance. made my dishes smell and my food taste terrible
I have never in my life washed dishes in something that then made my food taste like the detergent, until now. yes, my dishes are clean, but my food tastes like this detergent. my silicone spatulas are the worst offenders in retaining the scent. I'm going back to seventh generation powder.

This was ok. It wasn’t as effective as I would have liked. Packaging promotes safety. Not the best ingredients, seems to be compatible with most dishwashers. If used responsibly is ok.

I have been using Cascade Complete Gel Fresh scent for a while, and it’s been such a dependable part of my kitchen routine. The performance is great- it’s really effective at cutting through grease and dried on food without me having to pre rinse everything. My dishes come out clean, clean, and spot free. The gel is good quality and easy to measure, and the bottle size lasts a decent amount of time, which I appreciate for the price . The fresh scent is light and pleasant, not overpowering. I also feel comfortable using it around my family it gets the job done without feeling harsh. Overall, it makes everyday dishwashing simple, stress free, and safe.

Didn't remove greasy food residues despite washing dishes before putting them in the dishwasher
This dishwasher gel did not fully clean our dishes, even after pre-rinsing before loading them in the dishwasher and the load running on the highest heat cycle. Despite hating how expensive they are, I switched back to the Cascade platinum or platinum plus pods, and our dishes are coming out clean again. This might be a good budget option if you want to spend extra time cleaning dishes before they go in the dishwasher, but I feel like that negates the entire purpose of having a dishwasher in the first place?
