    Easy to open

    Easy to swallow and works fast Had no problem with it but I was worried about the safety of the water amount I needed to drink but was very effective

    Convenient dual pack!

    I appreciate Sudafed PE daytime and nighttime combo pack. The nighttime formula has diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to help dry up the sinus's and sleep easier. The tablets are reasonable to take with no after taste. My go-to med for sinus congestion.

    Love that it has the day amd night in one box

    These have the day and night which is a plus. I still feel like I get a little drowsy on the daytime, not as bad as the nighttime. They are small and easy to take. They seem to last for about 5 or hours so that is also a plus. The night makes it easy to sleep.

    I tried SUDAFED PE Sinus Congestion Day + Night during a bad sinus cold and it definitely helped with pressure, stuffiness, and that heavy congested feeling in my head. The daytime pills didn't make me drowsy and allowed me to stay functional, while the nighttime dose helped me breathe easier so I could actually sleep. It's easy to follow the instructions and convenient having both day and night options in one box. It's not a miracle solution, but it made a noticeable difference within a couple of hours and gave me relief when nothing else was helping. I will keep it on hand for future sinus issues.

    Great affordable buy

    I will usually buy different varieties of this product. Another review I stated it works almost immediately. Very cost effective for what reliefs it provides. Is hard to get access to in stores as you will need associate assistance.

    Wrong active drug

    I didn’t look closely enough at the ingredients and didn’t realize I was getting sold the Sudafed that doesn’t work. Very annoyed this is still on the market!! Fyi if you are looking for nasal decongestant, don’t buy this one! You are looking for pseudoephedrine not phenylephrine. Don’t buy this!! Wasted my money 😖

    It does not work

    Do not buy the over the counter one it contains phenylephrine which is as good as placebo - wais of money & time and prolong suffering. Did NOTHING to releive my symptoms. Have to make another trip to the pharmacy to get the one from the pharmacist that contains pseudoephedrine, hopefully that works.

    Don’t bother with this. You are better off going to the pharmacy counter and purchasing Sudafed there. Sudafed PE doesn’t work.

    Control your nasal congestion first, then you won't have a cough

    Sudafed helps relieve nasal pressure and congestion so you can breathe easier. Fought two bouts of the cold/flu viruses in October and the end of November into December, both times feeling under the weather for more than two weeks. Took this as suggested and it helped, along with using a Neti pot nasal rinse 5-6x/day. Ensuring you control your congestion in your sinus passage helps prevent post-nasal drip and eventually chest congestion and/or phlegm from producing. Once you lay flat and have all that congestion dripping into your airway and into your lungs, that’s when your nasty cough starts.

    Nighttime pills work well.

    Nighttime pills seem to work better than daytime, at drying up congestion and stopping sinus pain and pressure.
