Pen gets caked up and then won't dispense unless you press hard. Even then, because it dries so badly, it wipes off what you've already put down. I got 2 good uses out of it before it became extremely difficult to use.

Difficult to apply
Stays put…if you can get it on right. This brush is like a paint pen. If you don’t press it down often (which makes your lines too thick or wastes the product) it will run out as you pull your lines. I prefer the stiletto eyeliner, the foam tip loads and holds the liquid until I’m done with one eye.

Terrible compared to old version
I have bought this eyeliner for years… like 10+ so when I tell you I was a lifer, just know how many I’ve bought over the years. BUT this new version is NOT it. I don’t know what they did to change it but it is terrible now. I am holding onto my old one for dear life because I’ve bought at least 5 of the new ones thinking I got a bad one and they are all the same. They are dry, the end falls off, the liner doesn’t go on the same and the tip is so flimsy it doesn’t work half as well as the old version. Please please bring back the old version. Unfortunately I will be abandoning ship.

Used to be amazing, it's not worth it now.
I used to absolutely love this eyeliner, it was the only one I bought and ever since they changed the packaging it is awful. I have bought four replacements because they keep drying out so fast and I thought I may have gotten a defective one and it turns out it's just the product now. This last one that I bought I got one week's worth of use out of it and it's already done. I'm going to start buying something else. Do not waste your money on this product!!!!!!! So disappointed. I also want to point out that it's worth noting that I have kept an old eyeliner with the old formula that I've had for at least 2 years now and I still can get use out of it more than the new ones that I've bought. So it's definitely the new product and to not something else.

Don’t know why it has good reviews
This stuff is trash. I decided to try it because the store was out of the Hyper Easy. I cannot believe this is called Master Precise. It barely comes out, you need to have a heavy hand, and then it skips horribly and it’s difficult to apply it close to the lash line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybelline Master Presice Eyeliner is one of my favorite eyeliners i have used. Thus eyeliner has great coverage, really easy application, no smudging and long lasting wear. The color of this eyeliner is great as well. Definitely an eyeliner that will be a staple in my makeup from now on.
