    I like Now’s Probiotic 10 with 25,000,000,000 CFUs of probiotics. This product is reasonably priced and is an easy way to supplement gut beneficial bacteria. It is important to take this before and after taking any anti-antibiotics.

I tend to have digestive issues and constipation and these are a must-have for my tummy artillery that I go in with when thing start getting backed up. They definitely help with my digestion and help replenish after heavy meals.

    Thinking about digestion

I add them to my yogurt for breakfast and it really helps to improve digestive health. Every time my body is hinting about diarrhea or bloating, I start taking the capsules. They are supposed to detox the body and support proper intestinal motility. I also like that the Now is a reputable brand. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. 25 billions is a perfect amount of probiotic bacteria they contain.
