Very moisturizing
This works really well as a moisturizer and in combination with the curl cream for sleek styles. No more hard stiff sleek backs. The only con is the scent. So far, in my opinion the original scent and Palo alto both have floral rose scents. Rose has to be my least favorite scent. Its good that it doesnt linger. The benefits however far outweigh the smell for me.

A Miracle for Hold and Movement (Despite the Scent)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll admit, I had low expectations for the Moisture Milk, but I was completely mistaken. . . this product is amazing. It’s essentially "lotion for curly hair" (great naming choice by the marketing team!), and it gives my curls a perfect natural hold. They aren’t "cemented" or frozen; they can actually move and blow in the wind while keeping their form. The only downside is the scent—there’s a bit of a weird, almost chemical smell to it. I usually have to mask it with an organic fragrance spray. Because of the smell, I’m docking it half a point, but the performance is a solid 4. 75. If you can get past the scent, it works miracles! Rating: 4. 25/5 Stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second bottle of this product! It is a must have in my artillery of Pattern products. In wash day, I use this after I let the leave in and jojoba oil absorb into my hair a bit. I usually style my hair in two low space buns and I’m out the door. I also use Moisture Milk in my night routine some times as I put my hair away. I wake up with smoother moisturized strands. Thank you Pattern and Tracee for creating a hair care line that works so well for me and my families’s hair. Thank you for providing the education behind the products as well.
