What I really wanted this product to do is make me sleep faster. What it did was make me sleep longer and me not wanting to wake up. Every time I take this I sleep for atleast 10-14 hours. I don’t think I went to sleep faster either.

These are legit. I work a crazy schedule and I'm on the road a lot so I HAVE to be in bed about 6:30pm to ensure I'm sleep by 8. I take these by 7pm. Once this kicks in, I'm having a good nights sleep and not tossing and turning either. Which is also important bc I'm perimenopausal. I don't play about my sleep! I have these on subscription now. they market this as having magnesium, but there are different types of magnesium, and the magnesium citrate that's in here does nothing to help you sleep. 🙄 Magnesium citrate is the one that helps you poop. If you're looking for a sleep supplement with magnesium, look for one with magnesium glycinate.
