my new comfort food

Got this once in stores expecting it to be as bad as every other vegan Mac out there and it is AMAZING!! There is something oddly addicting about it. I’m 41 years old and I find myself eating Mac & cheese way more often than someone my age normally would! It’s becoming my favorite comfort food.

It’s the best flavor I have found yet. I like the creamy cashew flavor and I’m so glad I’m not allergic to cashews (I am allergic to almonds). However I think a nut free option could be valuable as well.

Great vegan Mac

These are good. Not gummy like you expect from gluten free. Cheese is nice. I would eat them same day though, they don’t do as well the next day. But they do not turn into mush. We like to add a bit of garlic powder and nooch to them. Perfect!

Why would there be apple cider vinegar in this? It tastes so vinegary I had to just throw it out after making it. The noodles are good (especially for being gluten free), but the sauce mix ruins it. The Vegan is Believing favor is amazing but this .. not good at all.
