    Works well for my IBS C/D.

    Works well for my IBS C/D. I never know which one is going to flare up. UGH!! I have been taking Jarrows 299V for 2 weeks. I take it at bed time so it can work overnight. It has stopped my IBS D completely. 1 BM a day in stead of 4 times. I know TMI, but anybody suffering with IBS wants to know this. I cut out salads,too much roughage but added prunes for fiber. My left lower side is no longer in pain. Its just my experience but Its worth a try if other probiotics have not helped enough. I have tried MANY but this one has worked the best for me.

    Favorite probiotic

    This is a very effective and reliable probiotic for me. My husband takes it too. It has improved my digestion and his as well. I often recommend it. I have tried others in the past but now I always keep this on hand. It’s also convenient since it does not need refrigeration.

    Didn't work as expected

    I used another product with the same strand, but this one doesn't seem to work as well. I tried it because it was 1/2 the price, however I will probably switch by to my other brand. Fil packaging is not convenient.

    This one works for me

    This product has made a real difference in my digestion. I had tried many other probiotics, but I have been using this regularly -with regularity- for years now. I never want to run out of it.

    Great product

    I've tried so many probiotics, and this seem to work very well. Comparing it to some other brands, this one is much better and cheaper. Also, try to take Peppermint oil once a day and you will feel much better, I can feel good now!

    Contains L. plantarum 299v

    I was looking for this specific strain of L. plantarum 299v as it has been studied and seems to be an effective probiotic. I found it to be effective in a probiotic juice product. This is one of the few sources of L. plantarum 299v in capsule form. It seems to work.

    Good as far as probiotics go.

    It's been difficult to know just how helpful probiotics are for me, but relative to many others that I've tried, this one ranks way up there.
