The Nordic Ware High Sided Cake Pan has 2" sides for bakery-sized sheet cakes. Super for double recipes of desserts and bars, but also works great for sheet pan meals and roasting meats and vegetables. Nordic Ware Naturals premium pans will never rust and produce evenly browned baked goods every time. Encapsulated galvanized steel rims prevent warping in the oven.

  • A: Hello, The Nordic Ware Aluminum Naturals High Sided Sheet Cake Pan is not intended for Stove Top use.General maximum Oven temperature recommendation for the Natural Aluminum Bakeware is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. For example, you are free to use the pans when broiling. At elevated temperatures, it's possible for oil to permanently adhere to the pans, resulting in discoloration or the development of a bronzed patina. These changes are purely cosmetic and do not pose any safety concerns. The pan will continue to perform perfectly! Kind Regards, Nordic Ware Customer Experience Team
