The last tube i bought was so watery. No matter what I did or how much i shook it or kneeled it, it would not mix. I used to love this product. Thick creamy paste. Was great for my skin . Not sure what happened. I threw it out.

The last four tubes I’ve purchased in a row have had an issue I never experienced with this product before. There’s a clear, watery liquid that seems to have separated from the cream. No matter how much I try to shake the package to remix it, it never mixes up, so I end up dealing with this liquid pouring out of the tube when I try to squeeze out the cream. It’s not only messy and annoying but I also worry I’m losing some beneficial ingredients in the liquid that hasn’t mixed (it looks very light blue).

this is the best product you can buy for your sensitive skin but the new formula is horrible. it used to be more like the consistency of lotion mixed with zinc paste. now a bunch of liquid comes out then finally the paste comes and it's completely different consistency. I am so sad, the old formula was fantastic. I hope this gets corrected soon because I think a lot of long term users will stop using it.

It’s well hydrating, doesn’t clog my acne prone skin but I don’t find I need to every night. I wear little to no makeup and I owe it to my skincare routine.

I got this in a cancer gift box, and needed to have something since my skin was turning to leather… they told me that what they sent me was a recommendation….i opened it and it exploded clear liquid all over me, my blanket, my clothes…It was nothing but clear water… I tried mixing it for about an hour, smashing the tube and with no luck did it ever turn to a cream… highly disappointed.

Heard good as La Roche Posay's Cicaplast B5 Balm which I used so many tubes so decided to try this. No. After applies 2 nights it caused breakouts multiple places. No changes other than this one I know this is the reason. Going back to cicaplast b5 balm.

My esthetician girlfriend recommended this to me when i burnt my face with tea tree (stupid i know, i used the wrong product-) and hurt my skin barrier.. one use. one use and it’s like my skin was brand new over night. i have slightly oily skin and sleep in this, it has oil in it but doesn’t make my skin feel clogged, immediately minimizes pores and honestly blew my mind. A little bit goes a long way.
