Weak coffee bad tools and coffee pot
Doesn't brew strong even though it should The coffee doesn't come out right because it's not hot enough or the speed of the water They don't make good tools anymore and the coffee pot doesn't impress me either I would return but don't have the box anymore

Great Coffee Maker
Just bought this coffee maker because I had my old Black & Decker coffee pot for over 10 years before it would no longer make coffee. Hopefully, the new one will last as long.

Adequately brews however…
I purchased this brewer a couple weeks ago and immediately discovered an issue once the coffee has finished brewing. The lid accumulates steam condensate on the bottom side and when opening the lid to full open the most of the condensate drips down the backside of the brewer onto the counter.

Not a good feature
Had it for 1 day. No beep when coffee is done or when it shuts off after 2 hrs. Seems odd but can’t find anything in instructions that it’s supposed to. May need to call to make sure. Coffee was hot and good.

Basic coffee maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most basic coffee pot I've ever seen, which is alright, but I believe it could be constructed better. It makes coffee just fine, but the lid is rickety and flimsy, and the carafe measurement doesn't match the water reservoir. When you fill the carafe with water to the 12 line and fill the reservoir. The biggest plus is that the time and timer are easy to set. I would reccomended to anyone looking for the most basic or temporary coffee maker.

Yes the filter is in right No I didn't put to much coffee in. Yes if it happens 1 more time, it is going to be returned. I do like that it tells me when to clean it!!!

It’s very user friendly with simple instructions and it does what it promises- brews hot, great tasting coffee every time. It’s easy to clean. Perfect for home, dorm, or office use. The carafe is sturdy yet lightweight and it pours cleanly without spilling everywhere—huge plus! If you’re only making 2-3 of cups like I usually do, I recommend using the STRONG setting (as suggested in the manual) for the best flavor. Best choice if you’re looking for a reliable coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love coffee, and I love saving money by making my coffee at home, so it's important that I invest in a good home coffee maker. This one hits the mark in every way. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to clean, and makes really good coffee. The one thing I don't care for is the way the part that holds the coffee filter and grounds is designed. It's hard to clearly see which way it is meant to be inserted, and i have to mess with it way more than I'd like to get it in correctly. Otherwise, though, this is a great coffee maker!

Nice, inexpensive, programable, with Vortex!
2nd one in 2 months. Carafe broke and unable to locate that alone, so just bought another coffee maker. The Vortex thing DOES make a difference. Hopefully this carafe lasts a while. Where can I get a spare?

OG coffee pot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandparents have had some version of this pot for years. TBH it came right after my toddler threw there glass pot and it broke. Literally reliable machine. And never makes a bad cup either
