Great Little Coffee Maker
I originally bought this for my office. Sadly, my B&D 12 cup coffee maker passed after only 14 years. Now this little guy is my primary go to for morning java. It works well, and it's quiet!

Longevity
I have several cups per day. This is the 4th Black Decker small coffee maker I purchased. Had two when I worked many years ago. Third lasted for many years since retiring 2016. Hope I get similar years from this one.

Missing mesh filter

Not so great.
The lid on the pot has to be opened to pour because it does not seat properly. The coffee will spill and not go into the cup. The reservoir started leaking water. Now it leaks coffee. Don't know how the coffee gets in there.

Switch breaks
We have bought 4 of these so far. We love the pot and the coffee it makes but 4 times!!!! the red toggle switch button has broken in half

thats a good coffee machine, we looking for one with froster now but this machine work for us long time and we can't say anything bad about just we drink around 8 cups of coffee daily (yes its probably not that good ) if you looking for easy, stable and compact coffeemaker - thats best choice for you!

Limited lifespan
I’ve used this for about 4 years. Halfway, through brewing my last pot, the coffee maker stopped working. The switch still illuminates when turned on, but it will not heat the water, and the hot plate stays cool to the touch.

Replacement carafe
My coffee maker (model DCM 600W) works fine and is very appropriate for the amount of coffee I need each morning. However, the carafe broke and I am in need of a replacement. How do I go about obtaining one?

Handy but carafe needs tender care
We bought this during the boxing week but found that there is a crack in the carafe. It is broken within a month and have to find a replacement. Other than that, it is worth. How to order a replacement carafe ?

Perfect size!
I bought this coffee pot over a year ago to have on my desk at work. It's the perfect size and I have had no issues with it whatsoever and I use it every single day. I did break the carafe yesterday though and I am in the same boat that I'm unable to find a replacement carafe online for Black and Decker that is the right size for this pot. I see other people have had this issue as well. Help, I need my little coffee pot back to make it through my day at work!

on and off switch
I bought my 5 cup coffee maker about 5 months ago and I make coffee everyday before work my week off started off bad due to the on/off switch broke off so I can not use it overall it works good just need to know if the switch can be replaced or do I need to throw it away and buy a new one

not worth the money
I received this coffeemaker as a gift two years ago. Since I already had a Mr. Coffee and it was still working fine, I decided to store this one until I needed it. A week ago my Mr. Coffee gave up after 6 years of daily use. I got out the black and decker and I am truly disappointed. I made a pot of coffee and found that I only had about 2 cups. The rest of the water was all over my counter. I turned it over and discovered that the water was leaking out of the bottom of the coffee maker. I have tried several times with the same result. I am heading out to purchase another Mr. Coffee. No more B & D for me.
