Q: When I started using Cascade platinum pods, my dishwasher started leaking due to too many suds (as I was told by my plumber). Can this happen? Is Cascade complete better with less suds?

A: Thanks for your question. We want to assure you all variations of Cascade are formulated to not bubble up too much if used according to the instructions on the package. Hand dish soap left on any dishes you may have pre-washed can also add suds. Malfunctioning door gaskets can also lead to over sudsing, as the broken seal allows pressure to be released.

Q: How is it "complete" with our bleach of any kind? Your dish detergents are soo full of fail now.

A: Thank you for your question, Cakeatron. The benefit of any bleach ingredient, regardless of bleach type, is to remove or lighten color. Our Cascade Complete doesn't contain a bleaching agent. However our Cascade +Oxi does contain an oxygen based bleach which offers the same results as any other bleach. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516, if we can help you further.

Love the Scent & the Cleaning Power
These are so effective in cleaning my dishes and pots. & pans. All I do is scape off the excess food and load the dishes, then let the pacs do the rest! The packaging is perfect in holding all the cleaning power inside! I like the fresh, clean scent too. It’s a great value for my budget.

very disappointing.
Having used for years...until now I have never had any problem with CASCADE COMPLETE action pacs. Now... with my latest purchase of same, my sterling silver flatware is badly tarnished..with each dishwasher washing. Please note...I have not changed the various items being washed in my dishwasher.

Makes washing dishes easy!
Cascade complete action pacs are the best detergent at keeping my dishes clean . They are so easy to use ! Just pop one in the dishwasher cleaning compartment and close the door and the dishes are ready to wash! They come in this nice container with a lid so I’m able to keep them contained and stored nicely in the cabinet . My dishes always come out so clean!

I’ve been using these for a few years now and love them! Only one time I veered off and bought an off-brand but immediately regretted it. The off-brand packs did not dissolve…these do. I’ve never had an issue. They clean everything off my plates and leave my clear glasses clean and not cloudy-looking. Will continue using these!

Cascade Complete ActionPacs in Fresh Scent make doing dishes so much easier. I just toss one in the dishwasher, and everything comes out clean without me having to pre-rinse. They do a great job at cutting through grease and stuck-on food, even on pots and pans. I like the fresh, light scent too it’s not overpowering but leaves the dishwasher smelling clean. The convenience of not measuring detergent is a big plus. Sometimes one pac isn’t enough for really heavy loads, but for everyday dishes, they work perfectly.

Cascade is the best!
We recently bought a condo and the dishwasher is considerably older but I don’t have to worry about that with Cascade. My glasses always come out sparkling clean!
