Great feel in my hand
have had another brand of electric toothbrush before. I like the way the handle feels in my hand. The bristles say soft, but they are a little stiff for my gums. It will work just fine & I look forward to using this when I am away from home working. I am pleased with the packaging & the strength of the vibration. The button to turn on & off feels like it won’t last as long. The bristles are nice & will last. I will have to see how the stain removal is, but I’m hopeful. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

garbage, not a toothbrush
colgate lately is making awful toothbrushes. this one stands out. the on/off button is so sensitive, you will trigger it off unintentionally several times as you brush. was this not tested during design??? this should cost 99 cents. and there is no grip. brush will keep slipping out of your hand.

No Replacement Heads
I really enjoyed this electric toothbrush but it is disappointing to know no one is able to buy replacement heads anywhere. I went on the Colgate website and didn't find anything. Super disappointing and now on the hunt to find a different brand.

I can’t find the replacement toothbrush head anywhere. Does it exists? It’s the only reason I bought it. I love the toothbrush, because it works great but also because I thought I would be able to find a replacement toothbrush head.

Love the way it cleans and has 2 speeds. Also has a timer which is awesome. All that is 5 stars. The issue with it is says has replaceable heads but no where can they be found to purchase so as many others it is false information and very disappointing.

No replacement heads!!
It claims to have a replaceable brush head, however they do not sell replaceable brush heads for this model 🙄 The one I use now, can't find replaceable heads anymore. Guess I'll try a different brand. 🤷🏽
